Policy Subcommittee Meeting
Minutes for April 11, 2025
Superintendent's Office, 2 Park Row, Mansfield, MA 02048
A meeting of the Mansfield School Committee Policy Subcommittee was opened and called to
order at 9:40 a.m.
SC Members Present: Lynn Cavicchi (chair), Jenifer Sellon
Others present: Teresa Murphy, Superintendent
Approval of Policy Minutes: Approved 2 — 0
• 03-31-25
Policy Review:
• GBEC: Changes from Andy Waugh have been incorporated. Next step is to speak with
Jocelyn LeMaire regarding drug programs that we can offer to employees if needed.
Goal is to put on the 5/6/25 school committee meeting.
• GCK: Confirmed with Andy Waugh that we do not need this policy as it is all written in
contracts. Update spreadsheet with note identifying reason for not adopting.
• GCRD: Needs minor revisions. Lynn Cavicchi will send information to Teresa Murphy.
Bring to 5/6/25 school committee meeting.
• GDB: Lynn has made some notes and will send them to Teresa for review for 5-6-25.
• G policies: There are a few other policies that Lynn will be able to modify for 5-6-25.
• JICFB-R: Teresa met with the principals and will make modifications this week. Will add
to the 5-6-25 agenda.
• ADDA: Human Resources Jocelyn LeMaire has reviewed the changes recommended by
MHTL. Modifications have been made and will be submitted for 5-6-25.
• JKAA: Assistant Superintendent Jessica Davis will supply changes for th§,polic nd ill

• KHB: Advertising still needs extensive review. There will need to be a pofee�
