Minutes for the Library Board of Trustees Meeting on May 14, 2025
In attendance: Jean Mallon (Chair), Charlie Cullinan, Kate Pope, LeonarctPi�tjs�pd Catherine

Secretary's Report: The meeting notes from the April meeting were reviewe motion was made to approve
the notes by Charlie and seconded by Kate. Motion passed unanimously with o",AWS( n3[oh.n
MASSACHUSTUS
Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report for March and April were reviewed. A motion was made to approve
the report by Kate and seconded by Jean. Motion passed unanimously.
Jean moved to allocate $600 for the purpose of Summer Programming. Kate seconded. The motion passed
unanimously.
Librarian's Report: The librarian's reports were reviewed.
Correspondence: None.
Old Business
Director's Evaluation: The board members will send their evaluations to Jean so that she can meet with
Catherine before the next meeting.
Budget Update: Currently there are no updates from the town about the budget, Updates will come to us if
Catherine gets any.
New Business
Staff Presentation: A delegation of staff gave the board information about compensation and fringe benefits.
Meeting Room Policy Update Discussion: Motion to add "and political campaign activities" to guideline number
five in the Meeting Room policy by Jean. Seconded by Kate. Motion approved unanimously.
The next meeting will be June 4 at 5:30 PM.
Motion to adjourn was made by Kate at 6 58PM and seconded by Charlie. Motion approved unanimously.
