participating in the budget process as a Select Board member.
Mr. Wilk stated that Mr. Dumas did a good job of closing out items and he wanted to bring up Transit
Oriented Development (TOD). He stated he wanted to make sure that Police, Fire and DPW did not have
additional cost for personnel and he would like Mr. Reinke to get that information so that they can get a full
picture of the TOD. Mr. Feck asked if there was a feasibility study for the parking garage. Mr. Reinke stated
that in his opinion the estimate that was provided was not a final cost.
Mr. Wilk then stated the Select Board put out an RFP for a firm to assist with Town Manager Search. Ms.
Doherty stated that companies have until Tuesday to submit quotes and she will sit down with Ms. Jocelyn
LeMaire the HR Director to review the proposals and make sure everything is included that was asked for.
Ms. Doherty then stated that Mr. Reinke will make the recommendation to the Board and the firm would
attend the September 17th Select Board meeting. Mr. Wilk stated that the new Town Manager would likely
