Everything is shaping up well and the anniversary
logo was shared with the council.
New Business
Grant Cycle —
Update:
Eileen Cusack
We cannot move money or give more money for
Mary Jo's or Sara Jane's performances but the
decision was made to contact MJ and Sara to
postpone their events to 2025.
Fundraising —
Update:
Alma R. & Marc C.
During grantee reception, AR asked someone from
town how to clear the funds raised if we were to
fundraise. AC will email Nancy Griffin to ask about
fundraising specifics for MLCC. We can fundraise if
we have a targeted plan for use. If we can't use
money for grants we may be able to consider
hosting more events.

email into them regarding when we can expect receipt.
