Mr. Kevin Dumas, Town Manager and Mr. Barry LaCasse, Assistant Town Manager/Finance were also present.

Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 2, M.G.L.
Chapter 30A, Section 21-To discuss strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-
union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-
union personnel.
Mr. Dumas and Mr. LaCasse provided an update on the Supervisory and Non -Supervisory Contracts that
were now settled. Mr. Dumas stated that SPEA (Clerks Union) has not yet settled. The Select Board
members asked questions of Mr. Dumas, Mr. LaCasse.
Motion: To support the Supervisory and Non -Supervisory Contracts as presented by the Town Manager.

Exemption No. 6, M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or
value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect on
the negotiating position of the public body
Mr. Dumas provided an update on the North Main Street Fire Station property stating that oil was found on
the property due to an old oil tank at the property next door. Mr. Dumas stated that the cost to clean is still
unknown but he will keep the Board updated on the situation.
Motion: To approve and not release the executive session meeting minutes of May 19, 2021.
