Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 3, M.G.L.
Chapter 30A, Section 21- To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public
body and the chair so declares.
Mr. LaCasse provided an update on the SPEA (Clerks Union) and that they had settled similarly to the
other unions. The Select Board members had no questions.
Motion: To support the SPEA contract as presented. (DelVecchio/Schoonveld)
