and Mr. Paul DeRensis, Town Counsel were also present virtually via GoToMeeting.
Not Present: Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice Chair
The Executive Session was called to order at 8:OOPM by Chairman Rhein.
Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 6, M.G.L.
Chapter 30A, Section 21-To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the
chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position
of the public body.
Mr. Dumas began the meeting asking Mr. DeRensis to discuss the Chapter 61 property at 177
Old Elm Street that the Town has first right of refusal.
Motion: To adjourn the January 19, 2022 executive session at 8:30PM. (Aptowitz/DelVecchio)
