The Executive Session was called to order at 5:33PM by Chairman Rhein.
Enter into Executive Session and Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 6, M.G.L. Chapter 30A,
Section 21-To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
Ms. Egan and Mr. Collins were present to update the Board on the additional remediation needed at the North
Main Street Fire Station property due to soil contaminates that were found. The Select Board asked some
questions but there was no motion needed.
To consider approving executive session minutes of November 20, 2019, January 22, 2020, September
1, 2021, September 15, 2021, January 19, 2022, and March 2, 2022
Motion: To approve executive session minutes of November 20, 2019, January 22, 2020, September 1, 2021,
September 15, 2021, January 19, 2022, and March 2, 2022 but not release. (Schoonveld/DelVecchio)
