Present: Ms. Diana L. Bren, Chair; Mr. Neil Rhein, Vice -Chair; Mr. Bre tda. R�a�g,�r�k Mr.
Michael A. Trowbridge Sr. and Ms. Maureen R. Dohertywere resent iµ S 3 A B at
Town Hall. Mr. Kevin Dumas, Town Manager was also present.
Ms. Bren called the executive session to order at 6:4213M.
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with respect to
collective bargaining for negotiations with United Steel Workers (USW) for Supervisory and
Non -Supervisory, Mansfield Police Association and Mansfield Permanent Firefighters collective
bargaining unions if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position
of the public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. Dumas updated the Board on the contract negotiations for Supervisory, Non -Supervisory,
Police and Fire collective bargaining issues. The Board asked a few questions however no
motions were made.
Motion: To adjourn the executive session on March 20, 2024 at 7:16PM. (Trowbridge/Roche)
