Maureen R. Doherty were present in the Conference Room at Town Hall. Mr. Kevin Dumas, Town
Manager and Mr. Matt Violette, Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director w'e�a�4's`olpU&8t. Ms. Diana

Ms. Bren called the executive session to order at 8:09PM
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with respect to
collective bargaining for negotiations with Mansfield Police Association collective bargaining
union if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the
public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. Dumas updated the Select Board on contract negotiations with the Police Association
collective bargaining union. He provided a summary of the changes and was happy that the
contract has been ratified and he asked the Select Board for their support of the contract. The
Board members asked a few questions and the following motion was made.
Motion: To vote in support of the Police Associations new contract for 2024 to 2026.
