Executive Session Minutes

Mr. Wilk called the executive meeting to order at 6:05PM. f'iANSFII~I_

➢ Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 2 to conduct strategy sessions in
preparation for negotiations with non -union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or
contract negotiations; Assistant Town Manager.
The Select Board held a discussion about the creation of a contract for Matthew Violette, Assistant Town
Manager/Finance Director. The contract has been promised as part of hiring Mr. Violette and the Select Board
was in full support. Atty. Kenny and the Town Manager Dumas will be involved in drafting the contract.
Motion: To adjourn the Executive Session of June 11, 2025 at 6:27pm and return to open session.
