1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting
Mr. Wilk called the meeting to order at 6:03PM.

2. Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session for the following reasons:
Executive Session pursuant to G.L. 30A, Section 21 (a) (2) to discuss strategy and in preparation
for negotiations with nonunion personnel and/or to engage in negotiations with nonunion
personnel if discussion would have a detrimental effect on the negotiation position of the Town.
Motion: Executive Session and not return to open session pursuant to G.L. 30A, Section 21 (a) (2) to
discuss strategy and in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel and/or to engage in
negotiations with nonunion personnel if discussion would have a detrimental effect on the negotiation
