Consideration of Robinson School Field Trip to Roger William's Zoo
Motion to approve the June 6" field trip to the Roger William's Zoo in Rhode Island by Jenn Walsh / Jenifer Sellon

The chair asked for a motion to adjourn from Open Session, enter into Executive Session and not return to Open
Session under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body
and the chair in order to hear a Level III Grievance as brought forth by the Mansfield Educators
Association and to approve the MOU for the Office Assistants / Clerks bargaining unit.
