Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Property

to add an affordable housing unit(s). The committee will discuss at the next meeting the next steps to
proceed with this project, including hiring a land surveyor to Identify easements and what type of building
could be built on the site.

survey of this lot. Before proceeding Mr. Trowbridge will talk to the building inspector and town clerk to
determine if there are any issues with the lot that will prevent a building proceeding (rights to road,
easement for drainage, etc). Mr. Trowbridge will provide his input by email to Lou Amoruso.

New Business
Town owned land at the intersection of Hope Street and Church Street were discussed. Recent zoning
changes would allow the construction of two-family houses on these lots. In addition, Lot 24-254 could
potentially be subdivided into two lots to construct two single family homes. In the past there has been
some neighborhood opposition to building on these lots.
The July meeting was canceled with the next meeting planned for August.
The meeting was closed at 6:50 PM.
