The goal of tonight's meeting is to review the superintendent job description and hiring criteria in order to develop
a list of interview questions for the three finalists on Saturday.
The interview categories are: General leadership; instruction/curriculum; health & safety; student achievement;
financial; community engagement. Questions were developed as a group and each person assigned a set of
questions. Search Committee chairs Steve Schoonveld and Lynn Cavicchi will finalize the questions and send them
to MASC for interview packets.
A brief discussion was held on performing reference checks. Each committee member took an assigned
candidate/reference.
