250" Anniversary Celebration: 4,127.00 to purchase new brackets and banners for the anniversary celebration

Mansfield Food Pantry: $1,250.00 replacement for an interior door
1,190.00 to purchase a storage and rolling table ($2,440.00)
Natural Resources Trust: 4,858.00 to purchase I special needs Grit chair

BSA Troop 51: purchase a storage and transport trailer for summer program
Mansfield Historical Society: Fencing for the Ephraim Leonard Cemetery in East Mansfield
Mansfield Arts Center (MMAS): purchase new lighting — 2 units of automatic spotlights
Natural Resources Trust: purchase of a 2aa Grit chair
Mansfield Youth Football and Cheer: purchase of a replacement container for storage of uniforms, equipment.

Kevin nominates Mike Healey as chair, second by Lorilee, Approved 3-0
Lorilee nominates Kevin Mcnatt as vice chair, second by Mike. Approved 3-0
Mike nominates Lorilee Fish as clerk, second by Kevin, Approved 3-0
3. Discussion of all submitted grant requests. After lengthy review by all committee members and input from the citizens in attendance, the following
decisions were made by the committee and submitted to the Mansfield Select board. The document attached has all of the pertinent information.\
4. Motion by Kevin to adjourn, second by Lorilee, approved 2.0
