The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.
Meeting notes from April 14, 2025 were voted for approval (James Taylor made motion to approve, Ellen
Spilewski seconded) and notes were approved unanimously.
Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Prop -Gill
A buildable lot on the corner of Erick Road and Bonney Lane was transferred to the Building Commission
to add an affordable housing unit(s). The committee will discuss at the next meeting the next steps to
proceed with this project, including hiring a land surveyor to identify easements and what type of building
could be built on the site.
Lou Amoruso contacted Hutchins -Trowbridge Associates (Mike Trowbridge) to complete a survey of this
lot and to present their proposal at the next meeting.
Philadelphia Insurance Letter - A letter was received from the insurance to renew the risk management
policy at cost of $1,154. John Colbert confirmed that payment was made for this insurance.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Filing Notice - A letter was received from the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts to provide an annual report by November 2025. In addition, reports from 2020 to 2024
were requested to be submitted. The website to check these reports is
https://www.sec.state.ma.us/divisions/corporations/corporations.htm. Mr. Amoruso will work on these
reports in the upcoming months. Payment is required for these reports.
New Business
Income Taxes - The status and payment of income taxes from 2023 to present was needed from the
accountant is Ducette & Ducette, Foxboro, MA. John Colbert contacted Ducette and they confirmed only
the 2024 taxes needed to be completed. Doucette requested additional information to complete the
taxes including the board members in 2023 and 2024 and the person signing the return for review and
members. John
