February Library Board of Trustees Meeting
Minutes for the Library Board of Trustees Meeting on February 12 2025
In attendance: Jean Mallon (Chair), Charlie Cullinan, Kate Pope, Leonard Epstein, and Whitney Brown (Assistant Library Director). The meeting was called to
order by Jean at 5:37 PM.
Secretary's report: The meeting notes from the January meeting were reviewed. Motion to approve was made by Charlie seconded by Jean. Approved
unanimously.
Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report through the end of January was reviewed. Motion made to approve by Jean seconded by Kate. Approved
unanimously.
Librarian's Report: The librarians reports were reviewed.
Correspondence: None

New Business:
Director Evaluation form discussion: The current evaluation form was reviewed. It was agreed that the form could be modified to be more streamlined. Further
discussion will follow.
The next meeting will be held March 19 at 5:30 PM.
Adjurnment: A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 by Charlie. Seconded by Kate. The motion was unanimously approved.
