Bren and Mr. Michael A. Trowbridge Sr. were present in the Cafeteria at the Mansfield High School located at

1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting - Pledge of Allegiance
Ms. Maureen Doherty, Chair called the meeting to order at 6:1813M.
2. Consideration to Sign Certificates for James Spencer and Officer Christopher Sorge
Motion: To approve and sign the certificates for James Spencer and Officer Christopher Sorge.
(Trowbridge/Wilk) Passes 5:0
3. Discussion of Dangerous Dog Complaint and Consideration to Set a Public Hearing Date
Motion: To schedule the public hearing for May 21, 2025 at 7:OOPM.
(Wilk/Trowbridge) Passes 5:0
Motion: To temporarily order that the dog Vada be restrained on a three-foot lead and under the control
of an adult capable of restraining the animal when outside the home until the public hearing.

Ms. Bren suggested an amendment to the motion.
Motion: To temporarily order that the dog Vada be restrained on a three-foot lead and under the control
of an adult capable of restraining the animal and to use an appropriate muzzle when outside the home
until the public hearing.

4. Discussion and Consideration of Town Meeting Warrant Articles if Necessary
There was no discussion of articles.
S. Continue the Select Board Meeting to the Auditorium
Motion: To continue the Select Board to the Auditorium to Attend Town Meeting at 6:27PM.

There was no discussion of articles.
