The meeting was called to order at 6PM, — `m'

Meeting notes were voted for approval (James Taylor made motion to approve, Ellen Spilewski
seconded) and notes were approved unanimously.

Jeff Plante sent to treasurer's report by email to the group for review, The report is attached to the
February 10, 2026 meeting minutes.
Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Property
A buildable lot on the corner of Erick Road and Bonney Lane was transferred to the Building Commission
to add an affordable housing unit(s), The committee will discuss at the next meeting the next steps to
proceed with this project, including hiring a land surveyor to identify easements and what type of building
could be built on the site.
James Taylor contacted JDE Civil to check if this company interest to complete a survey of the lot.
James will contact them to request they attend the next meeting to present their proposal. Lou Amoruso
contacted Level Design Corporation, and he will also request them to present their proposal at the next
meeting,
Philadelphia Insurange Letter — A letter was received from the insurance to renew the risk management
policy at cost of $1,164, John Colbert will follow up on the current status and payment of the insurance
for the next meeting.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Filing Notice —A letter was received from the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts to provide an annual report by November 2025. In addition, reports from 2020 to 2024
were requested to be submitted. The website to check these reports is

reports in the upcoming months. Payment is required for these reports.
New Business
income Taxes — The status and payment of income taxes from 2023 to present is needed. The
accountant is Ducette 3 Ducette, Foxboro, MA, John Colbert will call and check the status of the tax
preparation.
