Present: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair, Mr. Scott Feely, Vice Chair; Mr. Ryan Martin, Clerk; 14r. Tack Cooney
and Mr. Mike Flaherty were present at the Mansfield High School Cafeteria at 250 East Street.
Not Present: Ms. Greta Thurston and Ms. Melinda Tarsi-Goldfien
Opening Meeting
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Sara Walsh called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 6:34PM.
2. Review and Consideration Remaining Warrant Articles
Motion: To support Article 10 of the Town Meeting Warrant. (Feely/Flaherty)
Passes 4:1
The committee discussed whether or not they should take a vote on Article 12 which was a Citizen Petition.
There was consensus to not take a position on the item as it is not in their purview and should be the Planning
Board that takes a position.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn to Attend Mansfield's Annual Town Meeting
Motion: To adjourn the Finance Committee meeting to the Auditorium to Attend Annual Town Meeting at
11:07PM. (Feely/Martin)
