Call to Order:
The IDC was called to order at 6:05 PM by Chair, Mr. Christopher Jackson.

Motion: To adopt the meeting minutes of January 16, 2025. _

The Commission officially welcomed two new members, Juliusz Paluchowski and Wil�etJo Ruiz-Cdbghr'
Both will serve three-year terms. t
Sign and Facade Program Update
The updated Program was reviewed. Updates include alterations to the official contact, total value
allowed for reimbursement, the deadline date for completion for reimbursement, and an expansion of
the area of eligible businesses.
The Commission voted 6 - 0 to move the updated Program forward (Smith/Loukas).
Budget Update
The Commission was informed that there is no budget for replacement of the Business Development
Director for 2026 .
Review of Next Meeting Date
The IDC agreed to meet on 4/8/2025
Any Items not Known 48 Hours in Advance
The Commission decided to have its members research the IDC-like activities of other peer -group towns
of similar size and locations.
