Two applications were reviewed.

The first application from Lawadessa Cafe was reviewed, found to be complete, and within the program
guidelines. No additional comments/questions were made.
Motion: To approve the application
Passes 5:0 (Paluchowski/Wells).
The second application from Chauncy Street, LLC was reviewed, found to be within the guidelines of the
program, and largely complete. The "before" photo was still outstanding. The IDC decided to condition-
ally approve the application pending the receipt of the "before" photo.
Motion: To approve the application conditionally pending receipt of the "before" photo
