1. Call to Order:
The IDC was called to order at 6:19 PM by Chair, Mr. Christopher Jackson.

4. Project Planning:
Members of the Commission provided a review of other towns of comparable size within Massachusetts
regarding IDC-like activities. Activities range from very active (e.g. Wakefield, Norton, , Dedham) to not
having an IDC or economic development entity (e.g. Ludlow, Bourne, Sandwich).
S. Sign and Facade Program
Two proposals were reviewed. Wayne Smith recused himself from voting as one proposal was for a
property he is involved with.
Both proposals were reviewed and both found to be missing one or more pieces of required infor-
mation.
The IDC decided to have Chairman Jackson communicate the need for additional information to Town
Manager, the listed point of contact for proposals. Town Manager would in turn make the re-
quests for additional information to the applicants.
6. Review of Next Meeting Date
The IDC agreed to meet on 4/14/2025 to discuss the two Sign and Facade proposals plus any additional
proposals available at that time.
7. Any Items not Known 48 Hours in Advance
Kostas Loukas departed the meeting at 7:23pm
