Chair Trowbridge called the executive session to order at 6:43PM. 1
Review and possible approval of minutes of September 18, 2023 Executive Session where
Exemption 10 was declared
Discussion:
Motion: To approve Executive Session Minutes of September 18, 2023 but not to release
(Doherty / Bren)
Roll Call Vote: Doherty — aye; Bren — aye; Rhein — aye; Trowbridge — aye, Roche - aye
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss
strategy with respect to collective bargaining (IBEW 104) if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Discussion: Manager Sollecito discussed potential future collective bargaining issues in
regards to the union membership.
No Motion was taken
Motion: To adjourn the executive session at 6:46pm and not to return to open session.
