Present: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair, Mr. Scott Feely, Vice Chair; Mr. Jack Cooney �VIrl, Mike Flaherty, Ms.
Melinda Tarsi-Goldfien and Ryan Martin were present at the Mansfield High School Cafeteria at 250
East Street
Not Present: Ms. Greta Thurston, Clerk
Opening Meeting;
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Sara Walsh called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 6:3313M.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Town Meeting Warrant Articles if Necessary
There was no vote or changes needed.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
Ms. Walsh stated that the School Committee has asked them to join their Tuesday meeting to discuss the
budget. Mr. Flaherty stated that he would be traveling next week and would not be able to attend. The
committee decided to meet at 6:30PM as part of the School Committee meeting and then will begin their
regular meeting at 7PM.
4. Attend Mansfield's Annual Town Meeting
S. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn to the auditorium to attend Special Town Meeting on January 9, 2025 at 6:37PM.
