Called to order at 12:02 pm.
Review of FY26 Budget Cuts:
Revolving funds and which accounts could be used to help with budget reductions:
Pay N Ride, Athletic User Fees, Circuit Breaker
High level Staffing reductions were discussed. Discussion of converting positions, class size.
Elementary class sized discussed.
MHS class offerings reviewed.
Other potential savings serving Mansfield students were discussed.
All of the above items in preparation for the 2-25-25 Tri-Board meeting. The school has been asked to
present additional cuts to meet Town budget gap.
Upcoming Meetings:
The group discussed what would be required for upcoming budget, tri-board and public hearings.
