Called to order at 5:30 pm.
Approval of Minutes:
Tabled the minutes of 01-07-25 and 02-24-25.
Review of federal grant expenses. Discussion of Public Hearing presentation slides
Review of FY26 Budget Reductions:
Discussion of alternative instruction for Night School program. Limited number of Mansfield children
served. Discussion of attendance, emotional and behavior methods.
Discussion of Bridge program. Currently serving limited students. Discussion of alternative instruction
vs expansion to include MHS, QMS and alternative program.
Discussion of Roland Green facility savings; utilities and maintenance.
Discussion of class size.
Review of reduction of career to school services at MHS
Administration group will review case loads of OT and PTs
Discussion of Interventionists, Reading Specialists and Coaches
If Override passes, will reduce pressure on revolving account and circuit breaker use
Upcoming Meetings:
The group discussed what would be required for upcoming budget, tri-board and public hearings.
