o Stephanie Manning, our Title 1 coordinator reviewed the family
engagement policy, outlined the federal program, Mansfield's
role within the program, the level of support provided, and
parent involvement.
• School Committee budget presentation recap
o Reviewed the presentation that went to SC noting enrollment
numbers and the Robinson school -based budget
o Mid -Cycle Review - School Improvement Plan
o Reviewed the School Improvement Plan and noted completed or
in progress areas
• Elementary Student Handbook - Review for next meeting
o Handbook Change Request Document
o Tasked the group with reviewing the handbook, minus policies
and suggesting updates/changes.

Areas of responsibility for 2024-2025 School Council
• Adopting educational goals for the school that are consistent with
local educational policies and statewide school performance
standards
• Identifying educational needs of students attending school
• Reviewing the annual school building budget
• Formulating a school improvement plan
