Present: Michael Feck, Chair; Sharon Friedman, Clerk; Joseph Cerretani; Ralph Penney;
James Turnbull; and Sreelatha Allam, Associate

Absent: Michael McClanahan and Mark Corsillo
Due to technical difficulties with video and voice, the meeting opened at 7:39. Mr. Feck
announced that, due to the technical issues, the agenda items would be continued to March 26,
2025.
No discussion.
Regarding the application of Rich Homer and Nikki Ribeiro for a Special Permit and Site Plan
Approval pursuant to Bylaw Sections 230-5.5, 230-5.3, 230-3.7.B, and 230-3. LB at 600 S. Main
Street for the Adaptive Reuse of Historic Structures to create a resort -style kernel/dog
daycare/boarding facility under the name Stone Dog Inn. The project site is owned by The Six
Hundred South Main Street Realty Trust, Mary Bai Power of Atty. and is shown on Assessor's
Map 036, Lot 011 within the Residential 2 (R2) zone.
At 7:40 pm Mr. Feck did not formally open the hearing, but noted that, due to technical issues,
the hearing would be continued.
Motion by Mr. Cerretani and seconded by Ms. Friedman to continue the special permit hearing
to March 26, 2025 at 7:30 pm.
Five (5) in favor, Zero (0) opposed, Zero (0) abstained PASSES
