Meeting Notes for February 10, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 6PM.

Discussion of Erick Road and Bonney Lane Property
Lou Amorusu shared copies of a plot plan and assessor data for a buildable lot on the corner of Erick
Road and Bonney Lane. This land was recently transferred to the Building Commission to add an
affordable housing unit(s). The committee will discuss at the next meeting the next steps to proceed with
this project including hiring a land surveyor to identify easements and what type of building could be built
on the site.
Potential Town Own Land for Affordable Housing Units
Lou Amorusu shared a series of drawings of town owned properties from the Mansfield GIS Viewer from
2019. These properties include lots on Shield, Hope, Church Streets near the Town Library and also lots
in the Reservoir Road area. These sites may be potential future affordable home lots if transferred to the
Commission by the town. James Taylor will start investigating the current status of these lots by review of
the available town assessor information.
