The Select Board attended the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board meeting.

Present: Ms. Maureen Doherty, Chair; Mr. Brendan Roche, Vice -Chair and Ms. Diana Bren Sr. were present

1. Open Meeting
The Select Board meeting was called to order at 6:37PM by Ms. Doherty, Chair with four members present.
2. Discussion and review of current budget and agreed upon steps to reduce $4.9 million shortfall to $2.9
million shortfall
The Select Board. participated in the Budget Subcommittee meeting. Please refer to those meeting minutes
for the full discussion.
3. Discussion and consideration of further reductions and moving variables
4. Discussion and consideration of balanced budget and preferred budget
5. Discussion and consideration of spring timeline for public forums, procedural steps, town meeting and
election
6. Committees vote on timeline
