Agenda Topics:
• Introductions
o All members of the team introduced as well as members
that were not present.
• Robinson School Improvement Plan
o Enrollment numbers from 23/24 and 24/25 were discussed
as well as the number per grade level and current class
size. Our ELL numbers were also discussed along with how
we utilize our ELL teachers.
o Majority of the meeting was used to discuss the Robinson
School Improvement Plan and the big projects that we are
working on for this year. We elaborated on our curriculum
review process, DESE's need for HQIM, and the team
approach that we used to select programs.
o We also discussed how we plan on supporting the
implementation of the programs.
