Discussion of anticipated use of revolving funds:
A discussion on the use of revolving funds and the overall approach to a policy was had. There
was a focus on the large amount in some accounts.
Review of draft Policy on revolving funds:
The policy committee continues to review a policy for the revolving accounts. A discussion on
the potential details of the policy was had.
Preparation work for FY26 Budget and related subcommittee needs:
The subcommittee discussed the assigned "current services" and 1% budgets to be developed
for December presentation.
