financial, position to be in. Mr. Cooney asked if this is required for OPEB to be fully funded. Ms. Stone responded
that not every Town is fully funded and they are not required to be fully funded yet, but some are getting there
and that on the Town side Mansfield's OPEB is not fully funded. Mr. Pereira noted that there is not an OPEB
contribution for MMED in the fiscal year 2025 because it is fully funded.
Motion: To accept the MMED Audit with the edits to the management review of the responsible officer and
insert the process on how the PIOLT is calculated and explain that it has not changed over the last several years
