Called to order at 8:45 am
Approval of minutes
Steve moved to accept 3-21-24 minutes. Jenn seconded. Motion passes 2 - 0
Discussion of Revolving Account packet
Review of format. Steve suggested changes.
Discussion of balances; percentage and/or formula to expense accounts. Ed noted need for
flexibility.
Discussion of CIP process and extraordinary maintenance of facilities including end of year
maintenance.
Discussion of FY25 budget presentation
Steve suggested to add an assumption page. Steve suggested to split the revolving loss and use
category. Ed reviewed net figures.
