Called to order at 6 pm
Review of Q3 financial report
Discussion of salaries including the utilization of additional ESSER III funds toward
interventionists and substitutes.
May be able to save a month of pay -and -ride transportation funds due to additional funds
available.
Athletics is receiving reimbursement toward current year expense for hockey group. Club fee
adjustment made.
Review YTD Circuit Breaker report. Final adjustment to be made this month. We anticipate
that we will be able to prepay tuition.
Technology costs are high due to the need to purchase an additional network for the district.
Discussion regarding the format of encumbrances. Encumbrances are actual commitments by
purchase order as of 3-31-24. We will incur that money prior to the end of the year.
We do anticipate the ability to return funds to the town at year end.
Update on Food Services Plans
Review of Food Service history. Ed highlighted a few capital purchases this year. It will take a
few years to draw down the funds but we are working very hard to do so in the best manner
possible.
