The Select Board attended the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board meeting.
Present: Ms. Maureen R. Doherty, Chair; Mr. Brendan Roche, Vice -Chair; Mr. Walter Wilk, Clerk; Ms. Diana
Bren and Mr. Michael A. Trowbridge Sr. were present in Meeting Room 3 A/B at Town Hall. Mr. Matt
Violette, Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director were also present.
1. Open Meeting
The Select Board meeting was called to order at 6:04PM by Chair Doherty with all five members present.
2. Participate in Budget Sub Committee Tri Board Discussion
There were no motions made in this discussion. Please see the Budget Subcommittee minutes for detail.
3. Consideration and Motion to Vote on Budget Subcommittee Recommendation
Motion: To approve the vote to approve the recommendation of the budget Subcommittee to develop two
budget scenarios one based on an override and one with a balanced budget. (Trowbridge/Bren) Passes 5:0
4. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
5. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the September 19, 2024 Select Board meeting at 7:09PM. (Trowbridge/Roche)
