Present: Ms. Maureen R. Doherty, Chair; Mr. Brendan Roche, Vice -Chair; Mr. Walter Wilk, Clerk; Mr. Michael A.
Trowbridge Sr. and Ms. Diana Bren were present virtually via GoToWebinar. Ms. Noemi Kawamoto, from
Brooks and DeRensis and Scott Dunlap from Scott Dunlap Law was also present via GoToWebinar.
1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting
Ms. Doherty, Chair called the meeting to order at 3:03PM.
2. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There are none.
Ms. Doherty then turned the meeting over to Vice Chair, Mr. Brendan Roche.
3. Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session for the following reasons:
a) Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3 to discuss strategy with respect to
demonstrably likely litigation concerning an employee matter where discussion in open session is
likely to have a detrimental effect on litigation strategy
Motion: Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session for the following reason. Pursuant to
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3 to discuss strategy with respect to demonstrably likely litigation
concerning an employee matter where discussion in open session is likely to have a detrimental effect on
litigation strategy at 3:04PM. (Wilk/Trowbridge)
