Review draft bylaw
o Purpose
o Definitions and Classifications Sections
o Meet with Building Inspector about Accessory Apartment provision (Section
3.3C) and in-law apartments approved under the building code
o Clarified that the main provision should only specify single-family by -right in
accordance with the statute but will address two- and multi -family dwellings in a
later section of the bylaw.
o Review of setbacks - Mark and James agreed on the proposed setbacks and open
space requirement:
