1. Open Municipal Electric Commission meeting
Meeting called to order by Mr. Joseph Sollecito, General Manager of MMED in the absence of a Chair at
6:48PM.
2. Reorganization of the Municipal Electric Commission
Mr. Sollecito asked for nominations of Chair. Ms. Doherty nominated Mr. Roche for Chair. This was
seconded by Ms. Diana Bren. Mr. Roche accepted the nomination. Mr. Sollecito then asked if there were
any other nominations and there were none. Mr. Sollecito asked for a vote and it passed unanimously 5:0.
Mr. Trowbridge nominated Mr. Wilk for Vice -Chair. This was seconded by Ms. Diana Bren. Mr. Roche asked
If there were any other nominations and there were none. Mr. Roche then asked for a vote and it was
passed unanimously 5:0.
Mr. Trowbridge nominated Ms. Doherty for Clerk. This was seconded by Ms. Diana Bren. Mr. Roche asked
if there were any other nominations and there were none. Mr. Roche then asked for a vote and it was
passed unanimously 5:0.
3. Any items no anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the Municipal Electric Commission meeting at 6:50PM. (Bren/Trowbridge)
