Antonia asked Allison what her next steps are after her master's program. Allison explained she
has 1 more year, and she will mostly be working on her thesis which will be focused on early
onset colorectal cancer and risk factors associated with it. Allison is very interested in becoming
an Epidemiologist.
Mr. Luke Lopez, General Manager took the podium and announced to the Board that the
restaurant now has a new Manager. There has been a lot of retraining with the line cooks. Mr.
Lopez has hired a consultant to complete a 2-hour lesson with all the line cooks in the next few
weeks to review hand washing, tempter holding, basic food safety, 3 bays sink requirements, and
testing. Refrigeration unit is still broken, but it was confirmed that the parts did arrive, so it should
be fixed within a day or so. The flip top is running between 44 and 47 because of the doors
breaking, but the welding is being done on Tuesday August 131h. Mr. Lopez is also meeting with
a construction team to get specific light covers, because the ones they have from the store just
fall right through. The last inspection stated there were no cooling logs, presented, but Mr. Lopez
had them all there with him to show Ms. Donovan -Palmer.
Ms. Blinn thinks they are heading in the right direction with the improvements that are being
done. Ms. Blinn also mentioned an increase to their risk category, and Ms. Donovan -Palmer will
look into it and speak to Mr. Duquette and get back to the Board.
Ms. Donovan -Palmer stated that she didn't get the repeat inspection report till Tuesday August
61, so no one would be able to make it tonight with 2-day notice. They will be attending in
September fora temperature violation. Buffalo Wild Wings was here back in April for a different
violation, including a broken dishwasher that was sucking up too much sanitizer so it kept
emptying out too quick. Ms. Donovan -Palmer feels if you're not correcting what's wrong twice in
less than 6 months, she would recommend that Buffalo Wild Wings hire a Food Consultant. Ms:
Donovan -Palmer also recommended to the Board when Tyler the General Manger is here in
September, to require it.
Ms. Blinn asked how many practitioners we currently have in our 3 Bodyworks Establishments,
and Ms. Donovan -Palmer responded we are not sure. The application process will help us get a
better understanding of the exact number.
Ms. Blinn summarized the modification fora vote to incorporate the changes that provides
authorization for the Town of Mansfield or it's contracted third party to run a CORI/SORI
background check.

Ms. Frenette makes a motion to modify Article 4 to include all CORI/SORI information
within the new Regulation. Ms. Almeida seconds the motion. Passed unanimously, 4-0.
Ms. Donovan -Palmer showed a video on ADA work being conducted in and around Mansfield
that is being funded by the mini -grant.
The IHC (Inclusive Health Community) website is there, and anyone who is interested in joining
the IHC to reach out to the Health Department directly. About a week ago there was a Facebook
post that there is a Vaccine Equity Listening Session that Ms. Donovan -Palmer received from the
DPH, and it was sent out to the IHC directly, put on Facebook and went into the Town
Newsletter. It's a great way to get people's voices heard, and there is no age restriction.
SRPEED is who we have contracted with, and they put the video together which is a great way to
show all the hard work in 5 easy minutes.
Ms. Donovan -Palmer did hear that they are not offering the Community, Health Inclusion Index
Mini Grants anymore. There were two different sets of Grants, and the mini grant did not get
refunded, which is the one we work under.
Ms. Frenette handed out the Covid wastewater that has been collected for over a year now. The
peaks seem to be coming, and we did have a bit of a bump a couple weeks ago. 'Cases have
gone from 7 in June, to 57 in July. Lyme Disease has also been increasing, and there was a first
detection of EEE in Plymouth, MA in a mammal.
There is a new Public Health Nurse hired to support 6 Towns. She will be doing a Meet and
Greet in the Council on Aging at the end of September, and is hoping to make it to the Mansfield
Blood Pressure Clinics.
