Meeting Minutes for April 17, 2024
Present: Ms. Maureen Doherty and Mr. Brendan Roche attended the meeting at Town Hall in meeting
room 2 A/B.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Roche at 4:32PM. ��
• Consideration to Approve Meeting Minutes of January 24, 2024 '
Motion: To approve the meeting minutes of January 24, 2024. (Doherty/Roche) Passes 2:0
• Interview Candidates for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Vacancies (1 High School and 1
Resident at Large) — Rishi Pendyala, Nicole Burch, Sally Fehervari and Gregory Penesis
Mr. Roche stated that there is one vacancy for a high school student and one vacancy for a resident at
large. Ms. Burch, Ms. Fehervari and Mr. Penesis were interviewing for the resident at large vacancy and
Mr. Pendyala was seeking the high school representative vacancy. Mr. Roche and Ms. Doherty then asked
each of the candidates a series of questions. At the end of the interview it was explained that the full
Select Board would review the meeting recording from tonight and a vote would be taken by the full
Board.
• Interview Candidate for WWII Scholarship Fund Committee Vacancy —Keith Ninesling
Mr. Keith Ninesling was present and was interviewed for the vacancy on the WWII Scholarship Fund
Committee.
• Other items not known 48 hours in advance of the meeting
There were no items.
