Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, April 26, 2022

Members Absent:
School Committee meeting was opened in Town Hall room 3AB and then adjourned to Executive
Session under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public
body and the chair so declares.

Superintendent Murphy and Assistant Superintendent Donoghue provided the initial list of proposals
from the Office Assistants and Paraprofessionals. The group` discussed these items and the plans to
move forward. Additional status updates were also provided on buildings & grounds and food
services.
