Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, March 22, 2022

Kiera O'Neil, Chair Teresa Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
Lynn Cavicchi, Vice Chair Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Linda Fernando Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Members Absent:
School Committee meeting was opened in Town Hall room 3AB and then adjourned to Executive
Session under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public
body and the chair so declares.

Buildings & Grounds:
Meeting was held on March 8, 2022. Salary increases are still being negotiated and as of this point
there is no agreement.
Food Services:
Follow up meeting held. Next meeting scheduled for March 28, 2022. Teresa and Ed discussed open
items on each side.
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and return to open meeting. w
