Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, February 15, 2022

School Committee meeting was opened in Town Hall room 3AB and then adjourned to Executive
Session under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public
body and the chair so declares.

Meeting was held on February 9, 2022. The hope was to conclude negotiations bui' , e11a rn remains
open. Next meeting has been scheduled for March 8, 2022.
Food Services:
First meeting was held to discuss ground rules and review initial proposals. Next meeting scheduled for
March 1, 2022.
Kiera O'Neil called fora motion to leave executive session and return to open meeting.
