Lynn Cavicchi, Vice Chair Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Linda Fernando Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and
the chair so declares.

Superintendent Teresa Murphy, Assistant Edward Donoghue and the committee discussed the latest
proposals by both the district and buildings & grounds bargaining unit.Salary schedules were also
discussed. It is hopeful that we can wrap up tomorrow.
Keira O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and return to open meeting.
