Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, December 07, 2021

Lynn Cavicchi, Vice Chair Teresa Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
Linda Fernando Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Lauren Scher Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Under Exception No. 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and
the chair so declares.
Roll Call at 6:04 pm:

Lauren Scher aye
Superintendent Teresa Murphy, Assistant Edward Donoghue and the committee discussed the
proposals by both the district and buildings & grounds bargaining unit. Salary schedules were also
discussed.
Lynn Cavicchi called for a motion to leave executive session and return to open meeting.
