Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, September 14, 2021

Linda Fernando Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Lauren Scher Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Call to order at 6:05 p.m.
Under Exception No. 3: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the
public body and the chair so declares.
Secretaries and Clerks have provided a written request to start the negotiations process. Since
we have four groups to negotiate this year, we hope to start as soon as possible. School
Committee representatives were assigned to each group:
Food Services: Jenn Walsh
Secretaries & Clerks: Linda Fernando
Paraprofessionals: Lauren Scher
Buildings & Grounds: Kiera O'Neil
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and return to open meeting.
Motion to adjourn and return to open meeting at 6:24 p.m. by Lauren Scher / eJ 1n Walsh
