The Select Board attended the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board meeting.

Not Present: Mr. Neil Rhein, Vice -Chair
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Diana Bren, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:08PM with four members present.
2. Select Board to Attend the meeting of the Budget Subcommittee for a Tri-Board Meeting to Discuss
the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget
Please refer to the Budget Subcommittee minutes of April 24, 2024 for more detail of the discussion. There
were no motions made.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
